You may think that the emotions & thoughts that you so strongly feel are the only natural responses that you can have to the situations in your world. This is the limited thinking that keeps you stuck in the tension trap.
Freeing yourself from the tension requires recognizing that you created your own emotionally unbalanced pattern. Why is it empowering to recognize this? Because if you created the situation, then you can choose a more balanced response to your experiences.
First, really understand how you became trapped in the tension loop.
The trap was caused by your own endlessly repeated, verbal descriptions of your world — your self-talk. You generated your own dramatic descriptions of your-self & your situation. And when your body felt tense in response to your words, you became even more enmeshed in your problems.
But, you may protest, the problems really did happen. Yes, they did indeed, but this is not a denial of the events that occurred. In fact, your basic descriptions of the events that have occurred could be accurate.
However, your verbal interpretations of these events are needlessly dramatic & this is where you have some control of the situation. You can explore using neutral descriptions of situations, rather than heightened dramatic terms & emotionally charged interpretations of reality. You can choose your words, because you are speaking & thinking them. They are yours to shape as you consciously choose.
When you examine your choices of verbal descriptions & shift the dramatic words & scenarios into more neutral descriptions, then your body & mind can begin to achieve balance. This neutral atmosphere creates more space for your deeper spiritual wisdom to manifest. This creates a new healthy pattern where the body & mind are in deeper harmony...

 A lot of us would prefer a life of peace & we try to shape up such a life, only to be influenced by the old belief about how it’s absolutely fine to get angry once in a while, without which it’s difficult to get things done. We also get influenced by those people around us who continue to get angry for the shallowest of reasons. These people could be either at home, at the workplace, in the friend circle, the world at large or people who do not matter too much to us but whom we encounter every day - at the vegetable market, on the highway, or even in the movies for that matter! Unaware of the root causes of their anger, all these people around us will find a thousand ways to justify it, & will keep continuing with the habit in their lives. Their emotional un-clarity is so deep  addiction to the emotion of anger is so powerful that they will probably laugh at the idea that anger is a negative emotion & is form of weakness or suffering. They will, on the other hand, say that peace is timidity & a form of weakness or suffering. So, if you do choose peace over anger in your life then you are also choosing to be in a state of power & becoming free from suffering as a result. However, after having made that choice, to experience it in every moment of your life, it is necessary to rediscover where your peace is located inside you, it’s true nature or essence, how to access it through meditation & finally how to use it or apply it in your daily life......TO FEEL PEACE WITHIN......

Many people, in heeding the guidance of their souls, find themselves contemplating goals that seem outrageous or unattainable. In the mind’s eye, these individuals stand at the edge of a precipice & look out over the abyss at the fruit of their ambition. Some resist the urge to jump, paralyzed by the gap between their current circumstances & the life of their dreams. Others make a leap of faith into the unknown, unsure of what they will encounter but certain that they will gain more in their attempts than they would bowing to self-protective instincts. This leap can be exceedingly difficult for individuals with control issues because the act of embracing uncertainty requires them to trust that surrender will net them the rewards they seek. Yet when you make a leap of faith, believing without a doubt that you will land safely on the other side, you can accomplish almost anything you set out to do.
There have no doubt been times in your life when you chose to go where the universal flow took you. Yet you may encounter instances in which your objectives require you to step outside of the boundaries of your established comfort zone so that you may freely & actively jettison yourself into a new phase of your life. While you may fear what seems to be the inevitable fall, consider that in all likelihood you will find yourself flying. A successful leap of faith requires your attention, as it is the quiet & often indistinct voice of your inner self that will point you toward your ultimate destination. Understand that the leap across the chasm of ambiguity may challenge you in unforeseen ways but you will make it across if you trust yourself.
If your mind & heart resist, you can dampen this resistance by building a bridge of knowledge. The more you know about the leap you are poised to take, the smaller the gap between “here” & “there” will appear to be. Your courageous leap of faith can lead you into uncharted territory, enabling you to build a new, more adventurous life. Though you may anticipate that fear will be your guide on your journey across the abyss, you will likely discover that exhilaration is your constant companion.

What is anger & why does it happen? It’s simple. Anger is a response to someone who does not do what you want them to do, or who does do what you do not want them to do. That someone could be one individual or a group of individuals. It could also be something, where a certain situation has not happened the way you wanted, needed or expected it to. As we watch the world events we become angry at the actions of one nation towards another, one group towards another, a few towards many, & many towards one etc. This is because a) we are attached to the way things are b) we identify with the pain experienced by one side & feel that pain ourselves (in fact we create it in sympathy) our response is to become upset. Anger is the emotion. What we do not see & realize is that we only hurt ourselves & we cannot help others who are suffering from their own anger, when we ourselves create anger in response.
